Gary Mindlin is a licensed contractor (DCA# 1212615) and holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Gary developed his management skills in the operations division of Manufacturers Hanover Trust and in the software and technology industries. Gary is one of the Founders and the current Managing Partner of Top Hat Home Services. His emphasis on white-glove customer service, exceeding clients’ expectations, and working with only the most experienced specialists has solidified his reputation in the Manhattan property management and care industry. Before co-founding Top Hat, Gary built organizations that delivered world-class customer service by providing clients with solutions that perfectly met their business needs. This work included leading the Customer Service Group for TIBCO Financial Services and in his role as the Director of Operations for the Reuters Consulting Group. Gary is currently the president emeritus of a Lincoln Towers 450-unit co-op building. He raised two children in Manhattan and currently lives on the Upper West Side with his wife.
