Richard is one of New York’s premier contractors (DCA# 0959159) and an expert in interior and exterior building repairs and home improvement. As the head of Richard Construction, he consistently exceeds client expectations by providing meticulous and on-time services. He specializes in problem solving and troubleshooting and is often called in on the most complex jobs.
Richard has had several careers all revolving around delivering clients what they need when they need it. He was a newspaperman for the New York Times for 10 years, responsible for getting the daily stories in on time. He spent 10 years as a portrait photographer developing his own negatives and printing his own enlarged portraits. Richard has also been involved in Apartment management through his family holdings for the past 20 years and has been President of a 135 unit CO-OP for the last 20 years.
Gary Mindlin – Founder & Managing Partner-
Gary is a licensed contractor (DCA# 1212615) and holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Gary has used his problem solving and troubleshooting skills to consult on a variety of efforts in the Event, Floral and the Commercial Auctioneering industries. He is a hands on individual and is known for doing whatever is necessary to get a job done. He has completed many home improvement projects and earned a reputation for quality work.
As a business leader, Gary has built organizations that provide “World Class” services providing clients with the right solutions to meet their business needs. Gary ran the Customer Service Group for Tibco Financial Services and was the Director of Operations for the Reuters Consulting Group. Gary is the Past President of the Lincoln Towers Community Association and President of a Lincoln Towers 450 unit CO-OP.
